A used cargo van that gets 27 MPG on the highway and still comes in under $18,000 is worth a serious look, and this 2020 Ford Transit Connect XL delivers exactly that. With 137,816 miles on the clock, it has some history, but the Transit Connect has a reputation for holding up well over high mileage, and this one is priced to reflect honest value rather than wishful thinking. The dark blue exterior is clean, and the ebony vinyl interior is the kind of surface that wipes down fast and takes a beating without showing it.

The 8-speed automatic transmission pairs well with the inline-4 engine, keeping fuel costs in check with 24 city and 27 highway MPG. For a vehicle this size, those numbers make a real difference over the course of a year, especially if you are putting on regular miles for work or hauling. Bluetooth® connectivity, steering wheel audio controls, rain-sensing wipers, remote keyless entry, and air conditioning are all included, so you are getting daily comfort without paying for a long option list you do not need. Safety features include ABS, electronic stability control, traction control, and a full complement of airbags.

Front bucket seats, a center armrest with storage, and a tilt and telescoping steering wheel make this a comfortable place to spend your workday. Power windows, illuminated entry, an outside temperature display, and a trip computer round out the practical touches. The 16-inch steel wheels are low-maintenance and easy to replace if you ever need to, which keeps long-term ownership costs predictable.
